Layout Technician: Intermediate

This two-day course applies the content learned in the Layout Technician: Fundamentals as well as Layout Technician: Application to further improve the students’ design and layout capabilities through the application of more intermediate-level sprinkler design requirements. Completion of both Layout Technician: Fundamentals (LTF), and Layout Technician: Application (LTA) are required prior to enrollment in this course, or equivalent experience*

 

Please plan to bring a physical or digital copy of NFPA 13, 2022 Edition with you to class.  

 

*Equivalency may include, but not limited to:

  1. NICET II in Water-Based System Layout

  2. 5 Years experience in fire sprinkler layout

  3. Previous related NFSA course work in design

  4. Other, as acceptable by NFSA
